Take advantage of the clear morning light to go for an easy walk on the vast Girose Glacier ice cap, where the view draws the eyes from the nearby la Meije to the far away Mont Blanc. You will approach crevasses and admire pinnacles of ice.
About : Discovery walk on the glacier with the Bureau des Guides
This easy 1h30 hike requires no technical knowledge. It's accessible to all, even children aged 6 and over. Roped up and supervised by a mountain guide, you'll be able to move around the glacier and approach the crevasses with maximum safety, for the pleasure of your eyes, and not without a little shiver in the face of so much wild beauty.
Minimum age: 6 years
Welcome: Bring: good waterproof boots, protection from the cold, wind and sun (sunglasses and sun cream).
