Clément MARAIS raises his herd of goats and a few pigs on the heights, in the heart of the Villard Reculas mountain pastures. He offers a full range of goat cheeses: tomme, raclette, fromage frais... and pork meat according to the season.

Situated at an altitude of 1500 m, the farm has a herd of Alpine goats whose milk is processed on site. Working with animals in a magnificent environment, as well as cheese processing, are the aspects of his business that Clément enjoys the most. Producing while respecting the environment is one of his main motivations.
