About : Geological trail – 4-season walk around Villard-Reculas
From the tourist office, go down the Route de Huez to the Casa Sauvage pizzeria, then turn left towards the church to join Rue d'en Haut.
Continue along rue d'en haut and take the path towards Pas de la Confession - Alpe d'Huez.
The path takes you slightly away from the village and returns to the village along the Pas de la Confession road.
The round trip takes about 1 hour, with no major difficulties.
This itinerary is easily accessible to children.
Tips
In summer, flocks of sheep guarded by guard dogs may be present near the trail.
Be sure to adopt appropriate behavior: go around the flock, keep your dog on a leash, and behave calmly, without sudden movements.
Visitor alert
In winter, in case of heavy snowfall, snowshoes and poles are highly recommended to enjoy the walk!
